University
University was my first listing as a Realtor and I am so proud of the final results. Ths property was an estate situation and the family was overwhelmed with all the work that the home required to get it ready to be put on the market. That's when I stepped in, organized the house, used my crews to neutralize taste specific paint and wallpaper, staged it to show and got it on the market in 1 week's time. It was a great property and we had 5 offers in 2 weeks.
Villanova
Villanova was a personal "flip" project. It was an adorable old house in a great location but had sat on the market for 4 months due to a bad floor plan and it was in need of many repairs. It was a lot more work than I hoped, but anyone who has taken on a renovation project on an old house knows it always is. I am so pleased with the results and sold it to the first family who saw it for full price!
